Meet the director

I am the Director for the United USA National Pageant™ and United Universe Pageants™ and owner of Legacy Unlimited Productions—a company that designs and produces weddings, charitable functions, personal development retreats and talent showcases serving the home, beauty and fashion industries.

My wife, Naomi "Blonde" Jones and I have been married for 25 years. We have two wonderful children: Austin and Angel Lynn and are the proud grandparents of a handsome little boy named Avery. My family is essential to me. They are my support system and motivation behind everything that I do. My wife has been there by my side since day one, and she has always supported me through all of my endeavors. She is my rock! 

I'm also very passionate about helping others succeed in both their personal life and professional endeavors through education, mentoring, coaching, and encouragement, which is why I started Legacy Unlimited Productions—to provide the education, resources and tools people need to live out their dreams. 

When we first entered our daughter into pageants, our goal was for her to have a good time and build her self esteem. 

But over the years, my wife and I became increasingly involved in her world. We were not only "pageant parents" to over 50 incredible young ladies and women, but judges, event coordinators and co-directors for several charity pageants and served in a variety of roles for local, state and national systems. 

As a lifelong competitor and eventually a mentor and State Director for a national system, our daughter has become a strong business woman who knows how to achieve anything she sets out to accomplish.  Watching her reach for and achieve her greatest potential has meant the world to us and we want more families to feel that same pride and joy.

Beyond any title I have ever held or will hold, the Legacy I am most proud of is that of being a husband, a father and a grandfather to my family. 

As someone who has seen pageantry change over time—I am committed to help it change for the better. 

At its best, pageantry helps mold young ladies and women into confident public figures and leaders; yet at its worst, it lives up to all the stereotypes out there, and more. 

This is why my family and I believe it's time for a new era in pageantry! One with a New Look, a New Inspiration and a New Legacy. 

An era that inspires generations of leaders, contributors, and world changers, to discover and pursue their own “Legacy in the Making”. The possibilities are UNLIMITED.

As the Director of United USA, I have compiled a team, "a family", of the most creative minds in the country and want you to see that with the right "family" and system behind you, you can achieve anything you set your heart and mind to - and that’s what the United USA family intends to do.
